Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):1- The printer head is exposed in the air too long, and it is dried and clogged.
2- It’s for the reason that there is bubbles in the ink feeding mouth.
3- The printer head is damaged, and we need to replace the printer head.
There are several cases:
1- The inkjet is replaced when the power is off, and what the printer records is the state of the former cartridges.
2- The printer won’t work normally until all the used-up inkjet cartridges are replaced.
3- There are mistakes of the printer software ,i.e. counting error.
Step 1-
Please clean the print head no more than 4 times until its ok;
Step 2-
If it doesn’t work after the cleaning, please turn off the printer for one day. Then clean the print head and have a check the nozzle.
Step 3-
If it’s still not good after step 1 and step 2,you could print out a picture first and then clean the printer head and check the nozzle.
Step 4-
You need to send the printer to the Maintenance Station after all the above solutions
Notes:
1- If the inkjet cartridges are stored in the high-temperature or low-temperature environment for a long time, the cartridges’ quality may become inferior. In this case, the cartridges must be placed in the normal environment for a few hours before usage.
2- Please don’t open the cover of cartridge unless necessary in that case the air which comes in, can cause blank printing.
3- If the ink leaks after installation, it’s because of low quality of new ink cartridges and it needs to be replaced.
1- If the print paper quality is not good, then the ink would easily permeate to the paper.
2- The selected DPI is too low, when the print quality is high.
3- Broken lines: If it’s confirmed through the nozzle test, the problem will be solved after cleaning one or two times.
1- Please clean the print head several times. If it’s not ok,please turn off the printer for 1~2hours and try it again after that.
2- Please do the nozzle test to see if there some ink has used out. (Refill the ink)
3- The printer program in the computer is not the same with printer you’re using. (Set the right printer program)
4- The printer is set to be economical mode (Set another mode for better performance)
5- Color distortion depends on Computer color management,screen resolution, printer resolution, as well as print media. (Please try to adjust the DPI)
6- Please check whether the ink cartridges in the printer is of the same brand
7- If it’s not because of the problems mentioned above, maybe it’s because of bad quality of the ink cartridge, the damaged cartridges, or the aging print head, etc (please replace the ink cartridges)
When the new inkjet cartridges are installed for the first time, it takes a few minutes to make the system full of ink and a few minutes for printer initialization. When the ink is about to be full, the lights on the printer control panel blinks consistently; the printer couldn’t be turned off when the ink is not full; the printer do the cleaning repeatedly is for the purpose of refilling the ink.
There is an air port on the cover of the inkjet cartridge for the balance of internal air pressure and atmospheric pressure. If the temperature rises sharply, the air expands and the air port couldn’t balance the air pressure in time, then the ink will leak from the nozzle. In this case please clean the ink carefully and do not touch the nozzle.
1- Please check whether the ink is used up or not, and do the replacement if necessary.
2- The cartridge label is not ripped off. The air guiding tunnel is still in a closed state, and air can’t flow into the cartridge (It will be ok if the label is ripped off completely).
3- Air runs into the ink conduit or there is dirt in the printer head. (We could switch on the printer to carry on the “nozzle clean procedure” several times, or turn off the printer for several hours,or do the cleaning with installing the cleaning cartridges.
4- If there is a few blank lines; the possible reason is that some small particles of the poor-quality paper stick to the part of the printer head after long-term use. Please do the cleaning, if it doesn’t work, please send the printer to the maintenance station.
5- If the above solutions don’t work, please do the nozzle cleaning. If it still doesn’t work, the possible reason is that the printer head is scrapped or there is wrong with ink pumping system (Usually the printer head has about 30 sets inkjet cartridges life).
1- The cartridge isn’t installed properly, so, it needs to be reinstalled.
2- The bad contact of printer metal tinsel because of oxidation or loosening (it need to be replaced).3- The possible reason is that people replace the inkjet cartridge when the power is off. (Please turn on the printer and replace the cartridges again,open the folder and then close it, and carry out the “Nozzle cleaning procedure”.)
4- The senor tinsel is not reset. (Please take out the inkjet cartridge and reset the sensor tinsel with hand or tool, and then install the inkjet cartridge again).
5- The inkjet cartridge wasn’t replaced as procedures (the inkjet cartridges need to be properly replaced again).
6- If it still doesn’t work according to the above solutions, possibly there is something wrong with the printer’s electronic memory. Then it need to delete the printer driver and reinstall it, and install the inkjet cartridges according to the instructions.
